Secretary of State Klaas Dijkhoff wants to give foreign ambitious and innovative startups more time to setup and grow their business here. These people are offered an starters arrangement. If the complete a set of steps successfully they will get a residence permit. Often it required at least 2 years for a company to grow. The new arrangement will prolong the timeframe to 3 years. Up till November 26st about 20 permits have been granted. Precondition of the permit is that it must be of significant importants to the Netherlands
