Frieslandcampina is a producer of baby nutricion. Vivinal GOS, an important ingredient, announced that its capacity will be enlarged to be able to meet the worldwide demand. The amount of the investment nor the extend of the capacity enlargement are specified. Due to incidents with babyfood of local producers in China the demand for the high quality babyfood of Frieslandcampina has lead to severe shortages in the last years. IN the last 5 years FrieslandCampina invested 2,5 billion euro in the enlargement of capacity.
