Patrizia Immobilien has bought over 340 million euro in real estate in the Netherland, mainly shop-premises at Top locations like Kalverstraat in Amsterdam, Spuistraat Den Haag, Ketelstraat Arnhem, Demer in Eindhoven, Eindstraat in Breda and Grote Houtstraat in Haarlem. If they were playing the Dutch version of monopoly they would own almost all streets. Renters of the shop-premises are large retail chains like H&M, Zara, C&A, Adidas, Vero Moda, Footlocker and Apple.
