Minister Asscher wants to open boarders for high educated

Minister Asscher  says that it should be easier for companies to have high educated personnel that live outside of the EU work here on temporary assignments. The SER  advocated something similar earlier. Asscher has told the Dutch parlement that he want to make the rules simpler.
