Optimism of CFO’s highest in 2 years

Accountants firm Deloitte has shown its 3 monthly research result regarding the expectation of CFO’s of large companies. They are increasingly positive about the economy. In the last quarter of 2014 about half of the CFO’s believed the economic situation to be normal. The measurements of the ECB have a positive influence on the economic situation and the sentiment of CFO’s. THe crisis isn’t over yet, but the economy is recovering faster.

Take-overs

CFO’s see the market of fusions and take-overs grow. OVer 95% expect a strong increase of the amount of transactions. Only 4% don’t expact a growth. About half expect to do a take-over on short notice. Meanwhile 37% expect to put part of their business on sale. These processes show that the transformation processes have not yet been completed.
