Entrepeneurs in the regions Drenthe and Utrecht are most positive.  In Utrecht especially ICT and business services related SME’s. In Drenthe Wholesale, transport and logistics profit of the growing export.

Entrepreneurs in the region Friesland are least positive and remain at a neutral 100 points. The main reason being the presence of health here.
