Rates in IT-sector grow for the first time since 2010

The rates still are 8% lower than 6 years ago (Source CBS). In 2015 the rates where 2,1% higher than a year earlier. Turnover  in 2015 grew 8,6%. Compared to 2010 the total number of IT-service providers grew 35%.
